Relax, Renew, Restore.
yoga is a sacred practice that bridges the soul and body, inviting stillness and grace into our lives. It reminds us that every breath is an opportunity to connect with the divine, transforming our physical movements into acts of worship and reflection.
I was born and raised in Winchester, VA, and began my career as a social worker, helping pregnant women prepare for childbirth. This ignited my passion for teaching, and for 23 years, I worked as a childbirth educator and doula, educating thousands of families in my community.
In 2023, I was diagnosed with a connective tissue disease, which made moving my joints increasingly difficult. I found that daily stretching and movement greatly increased my comfort and reduced my pain. This motivated me to pursue a 200-hour yoga teacher certification, enhancing my daily practice and deepening my understanding of breathing and meditation.
What began as a personal journey has evolved into a calling to help others experience the benefits of daily movement and meditation. Life can be busy and challenging, but we can all gain from this practice, regardless of age, body type, or skill level. I invite you to join me on this journey to embrace the advantages of yoga and discover peace in our chaotic world.

With a Christian Focus
My classes provide a unique blend of physical movement and spiritual reflection, creating a holistic experience that nourishes both body and soul. Participants engage in mindful postures and breathwork while incorporating scripture and prayer into their practice. This approach fosters a sense of community, encouraging individuals to deepen their connection to God and enhance their physical well-being.
Classes will be held in our studio and outdoors when the weather permits. I have taken extra care to create a peaceful environment that allows practitioners to explore their faith in a supportive atmosphere, making each session a journey of self-discovery and spiritual growth. Classes are conducted at the homestead, and all levels of experience are welcome.
