Chair Yoga (Capon Bridge)

In this class, we will practice modified gentle yoga poses while seated, standing, and using a chair for support. Students will focus on various parts of their bodies, building strength and stamina to enhance their overall balance. This class is ideal for seniors. The class fee is $10.
